What happens if the internet goes down?
Readers keep working. Each one stores up to 50,000 taps locally and syncs them, in order, the moment the connection is back.
Can we use the badges we already have?
Usually, yes. raycubed readers support the common 13.56 MHz card types and most 125 kHz proximity cards. Send us one of your badges and we’ll confirm.
How long does installation take?
A typical site with two to four readers is live in a day. Readers mount on a standard wall box and power over Ethernet, so most electricians are done before lunch.
Does it track where my employees are?
No. raycubed only records taps at the readers you install. No GPS, no cameras, no biometrics.
Which payroll systems do you support?
Any payroll that accepts a file import, plus direct connections for the most common providers. Our API covers everything else.
