Pricing questions.
Who counts as a person?
Anyone who clocks in at least once in a billing month. Seasonal staff who don’t work that month aren’t charged.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Yearly plans are paid up front at a 20% discount.
Do I have to buy your hardware?
You need at least one raycubed reader or kiosk per site. Most existing badges work on our readers, so you may not need new cards.
Can we try it first?
Yes. We’ll send a reader and a handful of badges for a free 30-day pilot on one site.
Do you offer discounts for charities and schools?
Yes — registered charities and schools get 30% off any plan. Mention it when you book a demo.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice with 30-day terms.
