About

We make clocking in invisible.

raycubed exists because time tracking shouldn’t feel like surveillance. One tap at the door, then back to work.

Most attendance systems make people feel watched. We think the best one is the one nobody notices — a tap, a ring of light, and the rest takes care of itself.

ray³

The name

Why “ray, cubed”?

A ray is a single signal — the tap at the door. Cubed is that signal working in three dimensions at once.

01

Signal

The badge, fob or phone in someone’s hand. Encrypted, personal, effortless.

02

Sense

The reader on the wall. It confirms the tap and remembers it, network or not.

03

Sync

The cloud that turns taps into shifts, timesheets and payroll — automatically.

Principles

What we won’t compromise on.

Privacy by default

We record taps, not people. No GPS, cameras or biometrics — ever.

Invisible hardware

If people notice the reader, we haven’t finished designing it.

Honest pricing

Per person, published, no setup fees and no surprise licences.

Built to last

Readers that survive freezers, building sites and ten years on the wall.

Privacy promise

Exactly what we record.

raycubed is built for GDPR from the ground up. Here is everything that leaves the reader.

What we record

  • The badge ID and the person it’s assigned to
  • The time and the reader of each tap
  • Shift, break and approval data you create
  • Reader health (power, connection, firmware)

What we never record

  • Location outside your readers (no GPS)
  • Photos, video or audio
  • Fingerprints, faces or other biometrics
  • Anything from employees’ personal phones
